- Housekeeper enters property and calls toll free number from unit phone
- Enters code to identify housekeeper and to indicate they are starting to clean the unit
- When finished cleaning, housekeeper calls toll free number and enters a different code to update the unit status
The same process can be completed by your inspection staff. All changes are updated automatically and real-time to your reservation system.
